Monthly Subscription for a One-Year On-Site Extended Service Warranty - PC/Workstation Greater than $1,000 MSRP

One year of coverage with an annual commitment of 12 monthly subscriptions/payments.

Thirty days of coverage are required before the device becomes eligible for repair.

Purchase a subscription bundle that includes five or more devices, and the coverage eligibility period (30 days) is waived.

How does the Extended Service Coverage program work?

• We will walk your floor and attach QR labels to your devices.
• In the event of an issue, any authorized user can scan the QR code on a covered device and receive a triage call within one business hour.
• If the problem cannot be resolved remotely, we will dispatch a qualified technician who will be onsite within one business day (M-F).
• Our average first-call on-site fix rate is 85%.

Coverage restrictions:

 Devices with a geophysical location outside a 50-mile radius of a major metropolitan city are not covered for onsite repair.
